June 8 – 10, we drove to Calgary for a Family Grad Party. Congratulations Nicole!
We picked Tanya up in Enderby. I rode in the back with the kids. That was a treat. I think the kids enjoyed it too. We left Kelowna after 4pm. So by bedtime, the kids were a little out of their routines.
Joshua had a rough drive. He just could not sleep. We got to Aunt Dar’s house around 1am. Everyone staying there was sleeping. By the time we got the kids settled, and Gabrielle fed again, it was 2. We didn’t even bother to set up the playpen to sleep in. Both kids stayed on the foor. We all rose blury eyed and went to the /uncle Frank’s for breakfast. Joshua got to be re-aquainted with his gazillian 2nd cousins, and many G. Aunts and Uncles. Joshua, who loves to bounce/ jump all day, anywhere, was gleeful on the trampoline. At first, he had to hold someone’s hand for confidence, but soon he was jumping alone. The Kaiser boys were great kid watchers. Thanks guys.

We has YuckDonalds on the way there, in Revelstoke. Joshua nearly ate an entire box of Nuggets. Well, that’s one way to get him to eat chicken.

On the way home, we ate there again. This time, we met up with Shaun Knutson, and his youngest, Kaeden. He and Joshua look related (I think). The two boys hit it off, even though Kaeden didn’t understand a thing Joshua said. It was so great to see Shaun.
